Savage Hunter: Your skills of stalking prey in a dark environment is very useful to the entity, when you hook a survivor all other survivors within 18 meters of the hook suffer from blindness for 24 seconds.
Bloody Hunger: Everytime you hit a survivor, you become stronger, you move 10% faster, you break pallets and breakable walls 100% faster, and you have 30% more lunge range.
Dark Desire: Your thirst for blood, is never quenched, you see every survivor's aura when they are injured.
Add-on #1 - Bloody Claws: Whenever you hit a survivor with an M1 attack, you recover from the attack 20% faster.
Add-on #2 - Dark Thorns: Survivors suffer from the Hemorrhage status effect when hit by M2 attacks.
Add-on #3 - Cold-Hearted: While active, Bloodlust builds 25% faster.
Add-on #4 - Feral Eyes: The vision of survivors with the Broken status effect is distorted.
Add-on #5 - Feral Jaws: The cooldown time after a successful basic attack is reduced 2
Screeching Madness, when you hook a survivor a random generator explodes.
Wendigo's rage, when survivor has been hooked twice they become broken.
Hunger for revenge, while the survivor is injured it moves 5 % slower.
Bloodlustful prey, when a survivor is hooked all other survivors scream and suffer from obliviousness for 50 seconds.
Hateful hunt, survivors become hindered by 10 % for 60 seconds when hooked.

Luscious prey, survivors suffer from hemorrhage when hooked.

i don't really know what to think of with their perks. but these 2 both would fit perfectly in the Realm.
