Unable to unhook survivors on specific hook in the Eyrie of Crows

Couldn't find if this reported already, but this specific hook on Eyrie of Crows makes the survivor unhookable, they did not DC, they were still struggling and me an another teammate were both unable to save.

    I watched a streamer have this exact issue on Eyrie of Crows today.
