Medkits Need Tweaking
Some tweaks to medkits that would make an increase in rarity meaningful if you have to use it on yourself, while still making being healed by/healing others the better option.
Common medkits (These would remain exactly as is, 24 seconds and 24 charges to heal self) 24 charges. Increases speed you heal others by 35%. Unlocks self healing action. Decreases speed and efficiency by 33% when healing yourself.
Uncommon medkits (These would take 24 seconds and 20 charges to heal self) 24 charges. Increases speed you heal others by 40%. Unlocks self healing action. Decreases speed by 33% and efficiency by 25% when healing yourself.
rare medkits (These would take 20 seconds and 24 charges to heal self) 24 charges. Increases speed you heal others by 45%. Unlocks self healing action. Decreases speed by 25% and efficiency by 33% when healing yourself.
Very rare medkits (These would take 24 seconds and 16 charges to heal self) 24 charges. Increases speed you heal others by 50%. Unlocks self healing action. Decreases speed by 33% when healing yourself.
Basically any slight change in the percentages to give the different rarity of medkits some individual utility
