Deja vu with blast mine is broken.

I was playing a match with kindred, blastmine, deja vu and sprint burst.
When I tried to applied a fully charged blast mine on a deja vu gen it refused to give me the promt to put it on the generator. Thought maybe it was 99% so did it for a few more seconds and got off still no prompt. Had to like spam on and off the gen for it to pop up.
Tested during the same match by filling it up and going over to a deja vu gen to apply it but it did the exact same thing.
