Xbox - Botanist Extraordinaire Tome Challenge not completing

In Tome 1 - Awakening in Level 2 there's a Tome challenge called Botanist Extraordinaire and I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if it's just bugged because I cannot finish it. The description states "Finish healing 2 health state(s) of other survivors while using the perk Botany Knowledge and a Med-Kit. Complete this challenge in a single trial."
I've been doing this for the past 5 trials now, healing full health states of multiple survivors (completely with a med-kit and botany Knowledge) each match and not getting the challenge done. I've been playing as Mikaela Reid using the perks Lithe, Built To Last, Botany Knowledge, and Strength In Shadows.
