Plague is bugged from Survivor's POV

I recently went against a couple of Plagues and her movement via Survivors side is bugged as if she's T Posing. I couldn't tell which way she was pointed, in her power, or about to swing. I've seen this happen last year once or twice due to connection but now this is ridiculous.
Replication/Occurrence:
Can't replicate without the Killer in a custom match but has happened twice now in pubs.
Additional information:
Character played: Haddie Kaur
Perks played: Sprint Burst, Counterforce, Blast Mine, & Lightweight
Map: Ormond & one of the farm maps not sure which one.
Frequency of the issue: So far this has happened twice tonight & in the past rarely.
