We need something to prevent this!

Many player when plays dbd sometimes they crash, also me and then receive penalty of 1 h too and that's very annoying and need something to prevent this thing thank you!!!!

    I'm sorry but due to the way the DC penalty is in place we cannot make allowances for players who crash, it's still affecting the game for the other players left in the trial. And it also means that players could force a crash deliberately to avoid a penalty.

    But what if it’s for legitimate reasons like currently the servers being unstable? I don’t see why people should be punished and unable to play the game because it’s in a poor state. The systems automation not just for this but the report function is flawed and can be abused anyway if people wanted to see I don’t see why it’s still a feature.

    disconnects directly from the server shouldn’t result in penalties - and at least for me they don’t (always) do

    Also how can the report function be abused exactly? All reports are being reviewed directly by support - and while human error is possible i do not see how that could reliably be abused?
