Description: Hangmans Trick does not give a notification when a hook is being sabotaged by a survivor. Started running the perk since there is a hook sabotage archive, no notifications are activating when a survivor starts sabotaging a hook.
Reproduction: Run hangmans trick, have a survivor start sabotaging a hook out of view.
Occurance: Everytime so far out of the 6 matchs i ran it.
