I never knew Iri Head could also lead to one instant down M1s. Was that always a thing?

    Iri head cannot instadown you with M1. It can be only done with M2 hatchets.

    Maybe you were exposed by perks like Devour Hope, NOED, Rancor or Haunted Ground etc. Or you might confuse that she did M1 though she actually threw hatchet. Maybe that huntress was a cheater.
