Wiggle stops when killer hooks survivor while sabotaging

Step 1 : Boot the game;

Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match;

Step 3 : Get in Dying State;

Step 4 : Be carried by killer to hook;

Step 5: Get another survivor sabotaging the hook WHILE killer hooks you on that hook.

I don't remember by what hook was sabotaged in our game (perk or toolbox) :(
