Survivor inaccessible on Thompson house

Playing trapper on Thompson house map. A survivor fell off the top floor and landed on some barrels. While I was able to down them, I was unable to pick them up. I also wasn't able to recreate what they did as killer to get them down, only by them deciding to come down themselves.
(I'm trying to include a picture but it says permission problem. It shows the survivor on top of the barrels.)
