When did they patched out killing zombies with Head-on?

I think because there is no counterplay against. You can destroy pallets but you can't stop 4 Head-On's (In the worst case).
Head-On + Pallets way too much.
But I would have really liked to see your reaction when you jumped out of the locker 😄
