Was Steve Cheating?
Hi,
Did a blight match for dailey. He had Off the record, hope, Lithe and Deja Vu. The blood dissapeared, Off the record on cd, lithe on cd and the gate opened 20 seconds later when blood despawned. He ha dto run to the gate aswell. I dont know, im just losing my mind here, but i think he teleported. He's plays from epic store.
I might just completely missed with the event beeing so red.

The blood disappearing faster was most likely due to the active Blood Zone, which has that effect. Steve could have used that to his advantage to throw you off.
What I find strange, though, is that the scratch marks stop at the door leading outside (0:22), with no clear trail leading anywhere outside. The perk Hope gave him 7% haste, since all gens were completed, which can explain the distance he got on you. Off The Record was no longer in play, since it deactivates completely when the gates are powered.
He might have stopped at the door, and walk back inside. Though the scratch marks were so fresh you probably would have heard his grunts.
It's a bit strange.

I wish you would have shown his build at the end... it's hard to tell.
He clearly have Lightweight, he could have stop running and crouching in the blood circle so you couldn't hear him...
