Adrenaline doesnt work out of a cage of atonement

My friend noticed that when he got out of pyramid heads cage after the last gen popped that he didnt gain a health state but only the speed boost. we tried this in custom matches and this is true.

    This might be intentional, since Pyramid Head's cages work differently from hooks. Being rescued from a cage does not trigger any associated perks, since they are a special prop and different from hooks.

    Also, in the off chance that the killer was using the perk Terminus, this counters Adrenaline by applying the Broken status effect to all injured survivors, until one of the exit gates are opened.
