"Fat shaming" spot between 2 Mother's Dwelling tiles

As the killer on the map Mother's Dwelling, I saw a survivor run away between two small trees/bushes that were close together. I tried following the same path and was blocked from moving between them (either direction). The tiles were LD72 and MD71. I'm not sure the orientation of the tiles, so use the clip linked below to try and figure it out or test all 16 possible combinations of those two tiles.
