Bloody Party Streamers are too rare
During the event I noticed that BPS have become really rare. I never really noticed it before as you usually don't go through prestiges so fast.
I did 18 prestiges during the event so far and i only got 12-15 BPS total (can't tell the exact number because I missed a gift box once or twice which had one). In my last 3 prestiges I found a SINGLE ONE, which is insane!
I don't know what the problem might be, but what is true is that with the addition of a new map offering or any other green rarity offering, the chance is getting lower. I was also interested if there is a significant difference between Killer and Survivor and I was surprised that there is. I counted all green offerings on both sides (34 for killer and 45 for survivor) and calculated the respective probability to get BPS for every green node on the bloodweb:
Killer: 1/34~=3%
Survivor: 1/45~=2%
When I started to play in 09/2018 the probabilities were like this (no Sacrificial Ward, 11 Map offerings less):
Killer: 1/22~=4.5%
Survivor: 1/33~=3%
In addition back then you only had Lvl50 webs once you had P3 which gave you ~5-7 green nodes for about 50-60k BP. This is still the case today (even though it's more about 35-40k BP now), but as you only get perma Lvl50 webs once you get to P100 the overall green nodes are significantly less.
It has come to a point, where purple rarity items are more available than a specific one of green rarity, because there are a lot less purple items/addons/offerings than green ones (Killer: 9 Survivor: 19). You can see it in the following screenshot:
I rarely use map offerings or shrouds and I have more purple shrouds than of any map offering. Even Crotus Prenn, an old map has ~10 less.
A) Change the BPS (and green envelope) rarity to yellow (and maybe lower the yellow offerings to brown) to get around the fact that there will be a even more map offerings in the future which would lower the probability even further. An alternative would be to increase BPS rarity to purple to make them more common (Killer 11%, Survivor: 5.3%). This would be unfair for survivors who would only get half of the amount of what a killer can get.
or
B) Force BPS via a script, like you always get 2 pink nodes and 4 purple ones at Lvl50. You could either give every web a specific chance (maybe 10%) to spawn BPS at least once or implement a BP threshold you have to spend to spawn BPS (maybe 200k). In both cases you would get roughly 5 BPS per prestige.
