Lobby crash when missing add on for survivor item

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match, with one stack of an equipped add-on for an item remaining, you will need multiple of the item though
Step 3 : play the match, consuming the add-on
Step 4 : when in the next pre-game Lobby, your character loadout will show the item as equipped with the missing add-on but your character will not be holding the item
Step 5: attempt to select a different add-on
Step 6: observe crash with “disconnected from dedicated server” message

- all sorts of perks, usually run Plot Twist, Power Struggle, Unbreakable, flip flop
- Can repeat consistently
