Some ideas and thoughts on a new Prestige system and blood point shop.

So recently i've been thinking about how the prestige and blood web system could be better as there are several flaws in how it currently works.

Prestige right now means nothing. For example i could P100 blight but never play a single game as him so the number means absolutely nothing. Similar i could p100 any survivor without ever having a game as survivor. Your prestige level should mean something so here is what i propose.

Prestige level should be base on experience gained from games played not just from dumping blood points into a survivor/killer. This could be obtained at the same rate as total base BP you get in a game as that determines a lot of the time how well you did.
This means that for killers you would earn XP only on the killer you played. For survivor it would just be an overall survivor prestige level not separate for each survivor (as there is no difference in them).
The rate at which XP would be gained would be exponential making it a long road to p100 as each level would get harder and harder to obtain.

I would also Hide prestige in the pre game lobby to avoid lobby dodging as seeing a team of 2 - 3 p100s usually gets dodged by a casual player because its assumed they are good (even though they are usually really bad at the game from my experience)

For the blood web I would like to see it split. One fundamental issue with the blood web is its so full of clutter you rarely get what your after, and quite often you would spend 10s of thousands of BP just to get 1 or 2 addons you want. This will only get worse the more maps that are released and even worse during events with event offerings


Instead i propose a 2 part system.

Firstly a similar blood web to what we have now
Secondly a shop based system to directly buy the addons/offerings you want.
To balance this you could have the blood web price the same as you have now but if you want to purchase a specific offering/addon you would need to spend 10x the amount.
Example a brown addon on the blood web would be 2k but to buy a specific brown addon would cost 20k.
Iri Addon would be 5k on bloodweb but 50k to buy a specific Iri addon.
This would give players a chance to just get the items they want instead of gambling on the blood web giving it.

    I agree with your idea. I would enjoy a bloodpoint shop too. The bloodweb is cool but it takes too long. Plus, the autobuy only buys the lowest cost stuff. I’d like it if autobuy was able to prioritize the most expensive addons/items first.
