Bug - PC - Bite the Bullet sometimes not working when healing thyself

The bug itself is, that Bite the Bullet sometimes doesn´t mute the healing-sounds/grunts of pain while healing thyself.

Reproduction of this bug is hard to describe, as the bug appears in 40-50% of the games.

For the bug to happen you need to be in a match, so the steps are:

  1. queue up as survior
  2. enter a public lobby
  3. start the match
  4. get a 50% chance that this perk works/doesnt work for the entirety of the match

Additional information

Other perks used are: Self-Care, Distortion, Lucky break

Survivors testet: Cheryl and Jill, but may appear on/with other survivors too.

Map and Killer seem to be irellevant if the perk works or not
