Dedicated Server Not Responding

I was just disconnected twice in a row because your dedicated servers are not responding. On one match, I had completed my challenge and a daily ritual - on the next, I barely got my first hook in before your server poofed. This is a huge dissatisfier. I don't feel like I should receive a time out penalty, or lose the offerings/addons because of a connection issue that is not on my end. Please fix whatever the matter is.
