PC STEAM - Not gaining progress in the achievement

I don't know of this is a bug but if it is then what achievement of these two is actually bugged.
Humanitarian
Affect other Survivors with positive status effects 50 times in public matches.
You don't need anything specific to get this one. Just save people from the hook. Doing this, you're giving other people positive status effect.
Then there is this achievement.
Fleet of Foot
Help other Survivors by increasing their movement speed 50 times.
You don't get any progress to this achievement by saving people. But you should because you give them Haste. Not even Borrowed Time work.
