Hawkins map being back in rotation makes me wish ST never came back.
Map needs a complete overhaul, or the ST map needs to be scrapped and given an outdoor theme.
Map is a labyrinth of infinite chainable pallets, extremely safe generators, 3 floors, and a huge layout that makes anyone who isn't nurse hate traversing it.
Bottom 3 maps in the game, next to Gideon and Mother's Dwelling.
Devs are spending too much time butchering the Twins rework and sucking the fun out of Blight to fix the game's most glaring issues.

I like the map quite a lot to be honest even if chucky that I like to play is sometimes unplayable because some spaces are just a wall for him because of reasons xD
But maybe I'm still just happy that it's back ^^

I was happy when it came back, as I'd never played on it before. Having played it now, I wish it would just go away. It's terrible.
It's a shame, as the visual and audio design is fantastic. It looks and sounds great. But the map's layout is awful. It's a maze where everything looks the same, finding gens is obnoxious. Nothing but junk pallets from end to end and stupid elevated loops.
This map desperately needs a rework.

Kinda feels like old RPD but worse imo

God forbid we have something different from the same "open field with a single building that has a god loop" that every other map is.
Stealth killers only have a couple of viable indoor maps as it is. Lerys and Midwich. Hawkins is a goddamn godsend.

"I get lost" isn't a valid complaint. Every map is new to you when it's new, you will learn the layout eventually, and know where the gens will be.
There are a couple very strong pallets, and has some of the better 'weak' pallets. And the 'elevated loops' can be very strong if played correctly.

By far my most hated map, completely agree

Agreed. It‘s one of the coolest maps in my opinion.

Hawkins is my favorite map. I play with strong SWF’s there and the killers do quite well in spite of it. I agree with the comment that said
”God forbid we have a map that isn’t an open field with one building”.

Not a fan of how impossible it is to find survivors that just stealth immediately. The drop down is also obnoxious you won't be getting the hit on the survivor working that gen you just have to give it.

I hate the map as well, especially when I play Singu, but I wouldn't say it's unbalanced or anything. If anything, it's slightly killer sided, since quite a lot of the pallets are rather weak.

Ah yes, one of the top 5 kill rate maps is survivor sided.

I absolutely hate this map, always have and always will.
It has the classic problem that is the bane of the solo queue Andy such as myself - two very safe gens either end that without fail randoms will always do first and inevitably turn it into the same tedious battle to complete all the mid gens last in the smaller patrol area foolish team mates created early for the killers benefit.

Fyi, if you get the two gens on the catwalk in the long room, those two are pretty safe too. You can stick a survivor one each gen at the same time and spot the killer coming well in advance. They can't get both of you and have to choose between gen or survivor.

Sure but its of course RNG dependent but if I am not mistaken the top two gens always spawn and guaranteed random team mates do these first pretty much every time unless matchmaking blesses me with team mates with more than double digit IQ as far as the game goes.
