Kate's Techwear cosmetic has a narrower waist

Kate's waist is narrower (less wide) on the new Techwear 'Up-Beat' cosmetic compared to all her others.

It leaves a weird gap between her waist and her trousers/skirts etc. It's most noticeable looking at the left side in the attached screenshots.

    This looks to be fixed now! thanks!

    I think this issue is either still or is now present on another cosmetic top - the recent dragon red puffy jacket. It's not all that noticeable at least.
