Or just give it two pings. In Solos, you could ping a gen after getting hooked so as to not have a teammate run the Killer to you. Another example where it would be helpful to Solos would be in getting the last gen finished. You team-up on the gen and the Survivor getting chased can lead the Killer somewhere else.
Survivors would get two item slots. The green map would only get the glass bead add-on, though. I don't think it would be too strong so there would be no reason to nerf other items or buff Killers in response.
