Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

(Resolved) Xbox X: Season Grade Reset Stuck

When I login I can't get beyond the Season Grade Reset. Have tried restarting console and game but it's the same each time. Unable to play or claim my BPs.
Any help please?
