Instead of skill based matchmaking (sbmm), we have this (put this in a ptb if your not confident this would work):
Red rank killer vs red rank survivors
Gold rank killers gold rank survivors
Sliver killer vs silver survivors
Etc with some improvements.
It Will be better for the fun and mental health of killers and survivors.

Maybe describe how the system would work in defining who falls in which category? Because with that description the system would not necessarily change at all. It would just get a new name.
