Nurse blinks and fov don't feel as smooth as before

Since Chucky patch Nurse's fov has been bugged and still not fixed yet I hope the video below will help people to see the difference more easily(4.4.2 patch and as of the patch 7.6.2. You basically can not flick your blinks upwards as smooth as in the first clip and your fov is more zoomed in even tho fov slider is on
