I encountered this problem on Ps5 as playing as killer.
The map had invisible walls, rocks and it makes me glitch. There was also stuff blocking the hooks and pallets not able to tunnel survivors. The survivors were abusing this and I wasn’t able to go around a pallet without glitching. The survivors were only able to go through glitches.
