Regarding the PTB changes. This is still better then live. The 10% should have stayed but it should go away the moment you enter chase with anyone or pick the downed survivor up instead of when you get a hit. Without this there is still a high incentive to just slug if you down someone far away from charlote. Twins never needed any major rework in my opinion just minot qol chanhes and more incentive to not slug. They way twins power works slugging sometimes is out of your control bht with the haste you could potentially reach a slugged survivor and have a reason to do so.
