Dissolution Bugged - Doesn't Work on Clawtraps + Possible Other Powers

Ever since the All Things Wicked release, Dissolution hasn't worked on every injury like it should, and did until recently.
Clawtrap attachments used to trigger Dissolution as long as the SM wasn't Undetectable when the clawtrap applied, but now injuries inflicted via clawtraps will never or almost never proc Dissolution regardless of the Killer's Terror Radius. To replicate, simply put Dissolution on and apply a clawtrap to a Survivor while you have a Terror Radius and you'll see it doesn't work properly. I've heard reports it also doesn't work on Unknown sometimes but I can't verify these.
