Steam "Outta Nowhere" Achievement Bugged?

Description of issue: Not getting any progress toward the achievement anymore.
Steps to reproduce: Took Scratch Mirror Myers in and hit survivors an insane amount of times through the game, no progress given at the end. Gave it 30 minutes to see if it was just slow to update…still no progress update.
How often does this occur: Every game. I also tried bing bong with add ons to assit and no progress given. Stuck at 10/40. I've definitely done enough to get the achievement by now.
