Are the cosmetics in Deep Rift just the cosmetics of the Rift Tiers 1-70?

Hi.

I'm confused. It seems that all the cosmetics in the deep rift pages 10 and 11 are just the ones from the pages 1 to 9. Is that correct? And if so, what sense does that make? I hope there is just something I'm not understanding but if there is no difference between free and premium deep rift, why show those skins there in the first place?

I hope somebody here can explain it to me. Thanks in advance.

    yeah they are the same outfits - though they have different colors! At least something in the deep rift cosmetics is blue
