Perk: bite the bullet
Issue: not cancelling noises
The perk bite the bullet is not cancelling all the noise when selfhealing or healing others, only the grunts of pain when healing other survivors.
The bandage noises still can be heard, and when selfhealing, no noise is cancelled.
