Going through walls and invisible walls on gas haven map

Just had match on gas heaven map and noticed that there was like a invisible wall around certain objects causing the character to jitter around till you move away from it making it hard to run away from the killer but at some you are able to phase through the object like it’s not there making it be abuse by both killers and survivors that know about it
