Leon and Chris face is destroyed and Carlos is bug with flashlight

So what happen that cause yall to destroy my re male chars? Leon and Chris face is ruined and carlos do not hold a flash light normal . As RE vet its really bothersome. First claire face(took forever to fix) then rpd gutting and now the re men are messed up.
