Step 1: boot game
Step 2: enter a public or private match on RPD as the Executioner
Step 3: head to the uppermost level in the lobby
When at that level, you’ll notice your character lifts in the air slightly, this completely stops the use of the Executioner’s POTD power, and stops you from breaking the pallet unless doing it from the stairs. This happens every time
