I have found this outfit for Jonah in the store, listed as "unavailable". I think it was probably supposed to be added to the shop or the rift, but somehow accidentally got left out. That, or it's mistakenly not up for sale.
It happens every time I check the shop, and I presume that some bug caused it to be missing from the sales or the rift.
