PC - Awful rubberbanding and choppy animations

Many others have stated this but the rubberbanding and ping is out of hand. While using the perk Bond, animations further away from my character begin to get noticeably choppy, the gif unfortunately doesn't show that very well.

Here is an example of really bad rubber banding my friend was having on their Xbox series S

Literally!! It's different from previous rubberbanding too, this just locks us all in place. I used to get teleported and jittered across the area I was in, not just stuck.

Happening to me too i tried 2 games as killer and the rubberbanding was awful. I can't play til this is fixed. I'm really disappointed.
