Doctor hallucination auras visible in Madness 2 without addons
Doctor is currently able to see auras of hallucinations near survivors in Madness 2 without any addons.
While it is normal that Madness 2 causes hallucinations to appear, the auras of those hallucinations are only supposed to be visible to the Doctor if the survivor is in Madness 3, UNLESS the Doctor uses any of the Restraint addons (which specifically makes the auras visible in Madness 2 as well as increasing the duration). That is not the case at the moment.

That's part of his basekit. is hallucinations appear in Madness 2. Only way shorter when you don't run Restraint or King Add-on.

The hallucinations themselves appearing is normal, yeah.
The issue is that they aren't supposed to have their auras visible to the killer in madness 2 without the addons, as indicated here:
