PC - Game crashes when opened

Since the new update, I've been unable to play the game nor start it even. This is the steps it takes to crash:

Step 1: Click on the game on Epic Store.

Step 2: EasyAntiCheats bar loads super fast.

Step 3: Game crashes.

I've tried everything. Uninstall the game, verify the files, reinstall Epic Games, look for updates on windows,… nothing is working. My computer meets the minimal requirements to play. Can anybody help with this issue?

Here's a screenshot of the crash. I'll upload the logs, but it's just a bunch of symbols, i don't know why.

EDIT: Support team helped with this one. The told me to load the game with DX11 and it finally worked. The bad side is that when it reaches the main menu it crashes again with a different error…

    EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION means the game don't have permission to read and write in memory.
    Which it should have and since it does do that mostly on all PC without issue, the conclusion is something is causing error on yours.

    This is often an issue with a corrupted Windows file, therefore I would recommend performing these steps below;

    1. Go to your Windows search bar and type "cmd", right-click on Command Prompt and click Run as administrator
    2. Type "sfc/scannow" in the Command Prompt and press enter, wait for the verification process to complete
    3. Any files repaired in the process will be shown, once it is done, try playing the game again

    After testing that I would ask you if you know all your Graphics Card Drivers is up to date, if not reinstall them and confirm.
