Deliverance not inflicting broken

I used deliverance to unhook myself and as seen in the video it didnt inflict me with broken. This hasn't happened to me before but I dont use deliverance to often. I am on Epic Games. To reproduce: 1: Activate deliverance 2: Get hooked 3: Unhook yourself with deliverance.

Just had this happen to me as well. Really confused me when I wasn't broken after getting Deliverance in the Chaos Shuffle.
