Plot twist and unbreakable

Playstation 5 - When using plot twist and unbreakable, if I use up one of the two perks during a game I can no longer pick myself up from the dying state again with the other for example I used plot twist to pick myself up then later when I was downed and slugged by the killer unbreakable didn't work so I could recover

    Sadly this is not a Bug. It's intended that you only can stand up once (even when having both perks).
