Rubberbanding & game crashing while loading

BEHAVIOUR!!!!
Ever since the most recent update (before the strobe patch) dbd has been doing nothing but lag, rubber band, and even crashing several times when loading into games, which has caused many people, myself included, to receive penalties, as well as losing add-ons applied for that match.
So many people have been experiencing this, some people worse than others, but it made the game unplayable for me for about 2 days or so, now it's atleast manageable.
For the sake of your players, please try and fix this !!!!!
