Potential energy stacking via toolbox doesn’t deplete toolbox charges

Description of the issue: currently, Potential Energy stack gain can be sped up with toolboxes without losing any toolbox charges in the process. Through this exploit a gen can be finished up to 20 seconds faster than normal, by just stacking Potential Energy and using all stacks into the gen you are working on. Video proof:

Steps to reproduce: do the gen without using a toolbox until Potential Energy is ready to be charged ⇒ charge at least 1 stack manually ⇒ switch to toolbox ⇒ stack Potential Energy to max with an endless toolbox ⇒ use stacks instantly ⇒ switch back to hand repair ⇒ repeat steps

Toolbox charges are ONLY saved if you start using a toolbox with Potential Energy having at least one charge ready to use, otherwise it won’t happen.

How often does this occur: so far it looks like an exploit, it occurs every time you want it to occur.
