Several bugs with perks and visual bugs.

Played several matches where these issues happened.
I play on the PlayStation 5.
1- Chucky no longer summons Charles when picking up/carrying survivors.
2- Chucky's perk "Friend til the end" has a bug when a survivor is the obsession and the exposure status takes effect, the survivor doesn't go down immediately when hit.
3- Hillbilly's chainsaw has no audio when using the tinkerer perk when undetectable.
4- The progress bar for the healing with the perk "strength in shadows" doesn't show.
