PC - a survivor grabbed or hit by Weskers power is causing Wesker to get stuck or desynced

It's kinda hard to explain this, but I'll provide the clips. If Wesker hits or grabs a survivor with his power, he will get stuck in place for the rest of the match, or he will throw the survivor very slowly like molasses.
