Self-unhook rework
Self-unhooking is an often talked about subject in the game, often viewed as bad and unreliable and usually abused as a way to DC. I think me and a lot of other people would agree that it's time for a rework, so here is my idea that would also make luck a much more prevalent feature.
There is now a luck percentage metre displayed in the corner of the screen. Bringing a luck offering, such as Vigo's Salty Lips, will have the luck percentage metre (LPM) begin with 10% progress. Every time you complete a conspicuous action, you'll gain a little bit of progress to your LPM. For example, unhooking a survivor = 5% luck, completing a generator = 10% luck and so on. Eventually you'll have a high LPM (the max is 100%) and with that, a pretty decent chance to unhook yourself. With that however, you'll only have 1 chance to unhook yourself, as otherwise with 3 the chance to unhook would be almost guaranteed. The only way to get more unhook attempts is by using Slippery Meat, which has had its number of unhook attempts reduced from 6 - 3, as otherwise it would practically be Deliverance. Slippery Meat is now actually a good perk, giving you almost a guaranteed self-unhook attempt if you managed to get roughly 20% LPM. If you attempt the self-unhook and it fails, you won't speed up the sacrificial process any more, meaning self-unhooking can't be used as a way to DC.
Obviously some things could be changed, but let me know what you think of this concept. :)
