Can not unhook

in Bug Reporting

I just played a game on the game with a xeno. Meg was on her second hook and while my other teammates were busy getting chased and doing a Gen I went to unhook her. NO MATTER what I did I could not unhook her it didn't even give me the pop up for it. I've had run ins with few hackers these past few days is this a hack or a bug?

    Had this issue yesterday on the Game as well; teammate Ace got hooked on the lower level and none of us could unhook him (no prompt). He was also second hook.
