Victor shouldn't be immune if he hits someone with endurance

I could be wrong but I think Victor shouldn't counter the endurence effect completely. All the perks that has this effect are useless against him, not to mention that it is also easier to tunnel someone.

That's been my experience when playing Twins.

he's not immune. he grabs people with endurance now. I think there is small bug where it shows him being white when he downs someone. Likely a mini-bug fix.
