Game Afoot is bugged on non-kick pallet breaks

General - The Skull Merchant's perk, Game Afoot, is bugged and doesn't give Haste on non-kick/special pallet breaks, i.e. using The Cannibal's chainsaw or Legion's Iridescent Button to break pallets.
